Shahid Mahmood is the Founder and Managing Director of Accounts Bridge Chartered Accountants, bringing over 30 years of international experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and business advisory across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia.
A Member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Fellow of ACCA (UK), Shahid's professional journey spans Big 4 audit, multinational corporate finance leadership, and strategic advisory roles within NASDAQ-listed organizations. His career foundation was shaped during 10 years with KPMG, followed by senior finance leadership positions in a global NASDAQ listed technology group operating across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
In 2015, Shahid founded Accounts Bridge from his home garage with a clear vision — to build a firm that delivers big-firm expertise with personalized attention. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a respected multi-partner practice supported by a team of 30 qualified professionals, serving clients across Australia and internationally.
