Questions

Common questions

General information only, not advice for your situation. Rules change; we check what applies to you.

Can I take money out of my company?›

Yes, as salary, dividends or a properly documented loan. Money taken any other way can be treated as an unfranked dividend under Division 7A. We set it up the right way.

What tax rate does my company pay?›

25% if it is a base rate entity: turnover under $50 million and no more than 80% passive income. Otherwise 30%.

Can you take over from my current accountant?›

Yes. With your permission we contact them for the files and handle the handover.
